Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
The item must be in its original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
Intimate or sanitary goods
Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases
Additional non-returnable items include:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Certain health and personal care items
Partial Refunds
Only partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
Books with obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be provided with return instructions, including the return address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you will be required to mail it to the return address provided by our support team.
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable
If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
